Any idea why the standard process would fail like this? Catalog is running but just missed this set of new dbs (over multiple days). Why would a manual run work when the scheduled/automated run failed?

This server runs Audit Manager from OpenNTF.org (best add in ever!). There has been an ongoing conflict between AM and something that periodically causes the server to hang and require an OS level reboot. A couple of months back, our IT group took it upon themselves to force a server OS reboot nightly (don't recall the time) via a script. The initial script just forced the OS down without stopping the Domino process. I sent them links to scripts that down Domino then the OS. No clue if they changed what they were doing.

In any case, could a scheduled reboot cause periodic problems with Catalog? I'd still be confused since the task is kicking off and not throwing errors.
